All too many times I see clients come to me thinking I am some sort of judge and they spend their time trying to convince me they are right, their spouse is awful, etc. no matter how many times I tell them as a mediator, I am not a judge.  People need to take an honest look at their ability to get along and communicate as that will dictate more than any other factor, what path they need to take through the divorce process.</description>
